note	This study has its origin on the questions about the essence of the post-cervantine novella between 1613 and 1624. After a detailed analysis of the theory of this literary genre, the texts are studied: their context (space, time, social world, economic references) is an important indication as well as the justice that we can see operating the action or the family questions. The last part examines the opposition between a serious discourse and a parodic one in the works of these writers. Cette étude part de l'interrogation sur l'essence de la nouvelle post-cervantine dans les années 1613-1624. Après une analyse détaillée des opinions théoriques sur ce genre littéraire on étudie les textes mêmes, leur cadre spatio-temporel, leur univers socio-économique. le poids d'une certaine justice dans le déroulement de l'action et l'importance accordée aux problèmes de parente sont d'autres questions observées. Une dernière partie examine l'opposition entre un discours sérieux et un discours parodique chez ces écrivains.
