| - Le parcours délinquant des jeunes incarcérés s'ancre dans les carences des relations précoces au sens de Winnicott. Les comportements antisociaux émergent ou augmentent au moment du pubertaire avec les capacités de réalisation des pulsions, l'antisocialité ou à l'entrée dans l'âge adulte, l'asocialité. L'acte s'adresse à la société, là où repose l'espoir d'être entendu. Le passage à l'acte ou par l'acte adressé au socius est tentative d'historisation et de symbolisation du non-représenté du trauma d'origine. De l'environnement familial aux affiliations sociales et institutionnelles, notre démarche prend en compte les dimensions transgénérationnelles, filiatives, paritaires et d'alliance, diachronique et synchronique de l'incessante construction de l'être-au-monde. A partir de deux médiateurs, l'arbre généalogique et la trajectoire spatiale, les représentations familiales et institutionnelles internes sont explorées. In fine, nous distinguons deux populations. Les jeunes ayant vécu un placement ont acquis une capacité à historiser et la chronologie du temps social. La seconde population, plus proche d'un ancrage dans un quartier de vie, devenu représentant institutionnel, habite le quartier comme un squatt.
- The delinquent course of emprisoned juveniles takes root in early relations privations according to Winnicott. Antisocial behaviours emerge or increase during puberty with the capacities to realize impulses, the antisociality or at the onset of adulthood the asociality. The act is aimed at the society, where remainds hope to be heard. The acting out adressed to the socius is an attempt to work out history ans symbolization of what cannot be represented from the trauma of the origin. From home environment to social and institutional affiliations the process takes into account the measurement of transgenerational, filiative, parity and alliance, diachronic and synchronic of the ceaseless construction of the being to the world. Starting from 2 mediators, the family tree and the space trajectoire, the inner family and institutional representations are studied. In fine, we distinguish 2 populations. Young people having lived a placing acquired a capacity to work out history and the chronology of social time. The second population, is more likely to take root in a district, they are becoming institutional representative and they live in the district like in a squatt.
