| - This thesis provides a new approach for the adaptation of soft wares. Especially for organizations that contain repetitive units. Each unit of the structure both uses elements which are common to the whole organization and specific elements. We have introduced a new type of software based on generic system. A generic system aims at gathering the elements which are common to all units of an application domain and allows adaptation to each unit thanks to derivation operations. A generic system contains a generic model (main data and methods of the domain) and a generic user interface ‘discriminant attitudes, entry points, models and documents). The computer Scientific’s concerns the development of the generic system. We provide a methodology for this development. One the other hand, we have introduced a new kind of actor in the software development process: the user conceptor. He (she) is an expert in the concerned domain and well knows the unit’s organization: his (her) role is to make the adaptation of the generic system to his (her) own unit. The interface built by the user-conceptor is based on virtual hypermedia documents: they are the filed on demanded from a database and presentation skeleton. S methodology and tool are also provides to help derivation. This tool offers a page for the document under construction and a palette containing a representation of the model and the items allowing derivation of the interface and of the model in parallel. Lastly we give an example for the conception of a generic system dedicated to the management of medical records in hospital. The aim of this generic system is to allow the management of medical records adapted to each service as well as to assure communication between the services.
- Ce travail fournit une nouvelle approche de la problématique de l'adaptation de logiciels spécialisés aux organisations à structure répétitive. Chaque unité de la structure utilise à la fois des éléments communs à toute l'application et des éléments spécifiques. Nous avons introduit un nouveau type de logiciel fondé sur des systèmes dits génériques. Un système générique a pour but de factoriser les éléments communs à toutes les unités d'un même domaine d'application afin de permettre une adaptation pour chacune d'elles à l'aide d'opérateurs de dérivation. Un système générique se campose d'un modèle générique: (modélisation des principaux éléments du domaine) et d'une interface utilisateur générique (attribut discriminants, point d'entrée, modules et documents). L'informaticien pour sa part, a la charge de développer le système générique dont nous avons défini une méthodologie. D'autre part, nous avons introduit un nouveau type d'acteur dans le processus de développement du logiciel, à avoir l'utilisateur-concepteur. Ce dernier est un expert du domaine concerné et connaît bien son unité · il a la charge d'effectuer l'adaptation du système générique à son unité spécifique. L'interface construite par l'utilisateur-concepteur est constituée de documents hypermédia virtuels : ils seront remplis uniquement lorsque leur visualisation est demandée, à partir d'une base de données et d'un squelette de présentation. Une méthodologie ct un outil d'aide à la dérivation sont également fournis. Cet outil fournit une page concernant le document en cours de dérivation ainsi qu'une palette contenant une représentation du modèle et les items permettant la dérivation des interfaces et du modèle en parallèle. En dernier lieu, nous illustrons nos propos par la conception d'un système générique de gestion des dossiers médicaux à l'hôpital. Le but de cc système générique consiste à permettre une gestion personnalisée du dossier médical pour chaque service, tout en assurant une communication entre les services.
