note	Fondé sur des problématiques éminament contemporaines, l'émergence d'un droit dit de l'environnement est de fait un facteur de modernisation de la théorie générale du droit. La notion d'urgence en droit administratif, connue et cohérente, est ainsi enrichie au contact des enjeux environnementaux. Confrontée à des problématiques nouvelles (précaution, ordre public écologique..), l'urgence voit ses fondements théoriques réevalués (au premier rang desquels la notion d'imminence) et le droit positif qui en est issu reconsidère tout particulièrement les outils de traitement de l'urgence tels que la planification ou les procédures de suspension juridictionnelle. Based on highly contemporary issues, the emergence of so-called \"environmental right\" is de facto a modernization factor of the general theory of rights.The notion of emergency in administrative law, well known and consistent, is thereby enriched by contact with environmental stakes.Being confronted with new issues (precautionary, ecological publi order..), the notion of emergency sees its theorical foundations revaluated (first and foremost the notion of imminence) and the resulting positive law revised (especially emergency treatment mechanisms such as planning or juridictionnal procedures of suspension)
