| - Cette étude consiste à participer à la validation et à la normalisation de la Grille d’analyse des Aptitudes de Raisonnement Inférentiel (GARI) dans le cadre de l’aphasie pragmatique. La GARI est un matériel composé de 8 saynètes vidéos, 6 implicites et 2 explicites, et de questionnaires vérifiant la compréhension. Cet outil a été proposé à une population de 78 témoins. L’ensemble du protocole comportait une épreuve d’inclusion, des tests orthophoniques et des tests neuropsychologiques. Nous avons pu observer un effet significatif de l’âge et du niveau socioculturel des participants, ainsi que plusieurs corrélations significatives avec les épreuves du Protocole MEC. Notre étude a ainsi permis de vérifier que ce matériel pouvait constituer un outil pertinent pour l’évaluation du raisonnement inférentiel en orthophonie. Il serait intéressant qu’elle soit reconduite auprès d’un échantillon plus important de patients et de témoins afin de poursuivre la validation et la normalisation de la GARI.
- The study consists in taking part in the validation and the normalization of the Analysis Grid of Capacities of Inferentiel Reasoning (GARI) in pragmatic aphasia. The GARI is composed of 9 videos, 6 implicit videos and 2 explicit videos, and questionnaires checking the comprehension. This tool has been proposed to 78 witnesses. The entire protocol consisted in an inclusion test, speech tests and neuropsychological tests. We observed a significant effect of the age and the sociocultural level of the participants, and many significant correlations with the Protocole MEC tests as well. Our study allows us to check that this material could be a relevant tool for the evaluation of the inferential reasoning in speech therapy. It could be interesting that it could be renewed to a more important sample of patients and witnesses in order to carry on the validation and normalization of the GARI.
