- This work is dedicated to the modelisation of the sky in the millimeter domain. It has been done in the context of the Planck mission. This thesis starts with a brief introduction to cosmology/ followed by a chapter introducing Planck mission, its scientific context, its data analysis pipeline, and some early results. The next chapter presents the Planck Sky Model (PSM), software and physic models used to make realistic simulations of the sky and its components in the millimeter range. Most of my work has been devoted to participating to its development and its use in the context of the Planck community activities. The Full Focal Plane simulations, made for the Planck community are described in the next chapter. A likelihood model for component separation methods, based on internal linear combination, is then presented. Some basic algorithms and tools dedicated to the point sources processing are then introduced. The final chapter presents a new far infrared background model, now included in the PSM. This model is based on a 3D distribution of galaxies in the infrared background.
