note	Multiple system atrophy is a rare neurodegenerative disease affecting adults. It leads to a parkinsonian and/or cerebellar syndrome, associated with dysautonomic symptoms. Its prognosis is poor and there is currently no curative treatment. Pharyngolaryngeal symptoms are common and may be the entry signs of the disease. Our main objective is to describe the pharyngolaryngeal semiology and to define pharyngolaryngeal prognostic factors of AMS. L'atrophie multi-systématisée est une maladie neurodégénérative rare, touchant l'adulte. Elle entraine un syndrome parkinsonien et/ou cérébelleux, associé à des symptômes dysautonomiques. Son pronostic est sombre et il n'existe pas de traitement curatif actuellement. Les symptômes pharyngo-laryngés sont courants et peuvent être les signes d'entrée de la maladie. Notre objectif principal est de décrire la sémiologie pharyngo-laryngée et de définir des facteurs pronostiques pharyngo-laryngés de l'AMS.
